--- title: Gameplay mods (FMF) sidebar_label: Mods overview description: Standalone MelonLoader gameplay mods (FMF.*) — separate from FFM framework plugins. --- # Gameplay mods These pages document **gameplay mods** (`FMF.*` assemblies) — **layer 4** in **ModManager → Framework → Plugins → Mods** ([architecture principles](/wiki/meta/system-architecture-principles)). **Source of truth** on disk: split-repo folders **`gregMod./`** directly under the gregFramework workspace root (not under a legacy `gregMods/` umbrella).
